Hi! My name is Nadia.

I’m a lover of really good food that happens to be really good for you. (Yes, I believe that they can be the same thing!).



It was this love of food and a passion to help women feel comfortable in their bodies which led me to become a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN). I’m a huge fan of all things health, wellness and food. My passion for nutrition stems from my own experiences growing up never quite feeling comfortable enough in my body. Like most teens, I struggled with body image and healthy eating which left me feeling pretty insecure about how I looked and more importantly how I felt. It wasn’t until I started immersing myself into learning about my own health and started cooking that I discovered how much I loved it and how easy it was to infuse healthier options into my life. This sparked an interest in me and from there I started reading up on nutrition, healthy recipes, found that I really liked running and was slowly falling in love with yoga. It felt great!


Fast forward and all that led me to where I am now. I believe that healthy food should be simple, delicious, fun and uncomplicated. The food you eat should make you feel good, not the other way around. Your approach to food should not be restrictive or stressful either. I wholeheartedly believe that everyone should feel comfortable in their own skin and I am driven by the mission to empower and encourage others to develop a happier relationship with food and their bodies and a healthier every day life that they love. This means stripping away the confusion and helping you discover what healthy food actually is and how you can infuse it into your lifestyle in a sustainable and enjoyable way.


My goal is to help make healthy food something that you actually love instead of something that you force yourself to try and stick with. All the while making it fun, easy to approach and super delicious.


A little about me...

I love spending time in the kitchen, I’ve got a major sweet tooth, reading and tea makes me happy, and I love to bake! Chocolate and peanut butter are a match made in heaven and I think yoga is great! Farmers markets are my jam and I really do love a good cup of coffee and a croissant. Bakeries make me swoon!


My food philosophy is simple.

I LOVE food and I love real food that is whole, unprocessed and as close to it’s natural state as possible.



It doesn’t have to be complicated or based on some mathematical equation. Simply eat real food that tastes good and makes your body feel good. Get rid of the chemicals, packages, refined sugars, processed foods, strange ingredients and artificial anything. Eating real natural foods is the first step to changing your body long term. Stop stressing and allow yourself to slow down and enjoy instead of governing how you eat based on rules and rigidity.
